Founder/Chairperson/President

The Chairperson leads the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance and oversight. The Chairperson is responsible for facilitating board meetings and guiding the board's focus on the organization's strategic goals and mission.

Rhonda Joseph

Director of Programs

Oversees the creation, implementation, and evaluation of all programs offered by ColorCoded. This role ensures that the programs are mission-driven and that they deliver measurable impact. The Director of Programs is also responsible for evaluating program success and continuously improving offerings.

Keyon Noel

Director of Strategic Planning

Focuses on long-term goals and ensures that the organization’s strategies align with its mission and objectives. The Director of Strategic Planning works with the board and officers to establish a sustainable path for growth and success.

Melissa Edwards

Director of Fundraising and Development

Responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, including identifying potential donors, securing grants, and managing partnerships to maximize revenue. The Director ensures that the financial health of the organization is maintained through effective resource generation.

Savour Fields

Director of Special Projects

This role manages high-impact initiatives and special projects that align with the organization’s mission. It provides leadership for new or complex projects that require focused oversight and attention and ensures they are executed effectively.

Vice President

Supports the President in leading the organization and steps in when the President is unavailable. The Vice President is also responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, and other organizations to support the mission and expand the organization’s reach.

Ogadi Chinweze

Community Area Manager

Focuses on building relationships with local communities and managing the organization’s volunteer efforts. The Manager ensures that ColorCoded’s programs and initiatives effectively reach the target communities and that volunteers are engaged and well-managed.

DeVaughn Jiles

Secretary/Treasurer

Combines the roles of Secretary and Treasurer. It is responsible for managing the organization’s financial health, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records of board activities. This role oversees the organization’s finances, ensuring transparent and responsible fiscal management.
